All payments for parking in the facilities must be made using our automated machines or the parking pay station. The change is being implemented to make payment even more secure.

1. At the entrance
Take a ticket at the parking gate before entering. Drive through and park. Save the ticket. You pay it upon your return, before exiting. |
2. Before the exit
Pay the ticket using the automated machines in the arrival hall or at the parking exit gates. Place the ticket in the machine and pay with any charge card or fuel card, including Electron or Maestro. Please note: Statoil fuel cards are not accepted. You can also pay with cash in the arrival hall machine. |

3. At the exit
Place the paid ticket in the machine at the parking gate. The gate will go up and you can drive through. |

Lose your ticket?
Contact Customer Service at one of the automated machines by pressing the button that has a picture of a telephone on it and you will get help.
Note that an additional fee will be charged for a lost parking ticket so take good care of your ticket on your journey.
