Show your boarding card before the security checkpoint

According to regulations in effect throughout the EU, a change in procedures is being introduced for departing passengers at all airports. This means that people travelling must now show a valid boarding card before they pass the security checkpoints.

Your boarding card can be printed:

  • at the check-in counter
  • from a check in machine
  • off the Internet


Or is available:

  • on your mobile phone
  • on your credit/debit card
  • on a card from your airline


The boarding card check, which verifies name, departure date and airport of departure, is primarily done automatically  by a reader but can also be done manually.
